Founders

Yogesh Kohinkar is a qualified Company Secretary, Who also holds a Bachelor in law (LLB). He brings ten years of rich Professional experience in the firm, especially in areas connected with Corporate laws, Conducting due diligence, Drafting of agreements, Foreign exchange laws, Corporate finance etc.
He represents his clients for the Company Law Board / National Company Law Tribunal.

His company (YOGESH KOHINKAR & ASSOCIATES) is a trusted name in the field of consultancy for industries, M/s. YOGESH KOHINKAR & ASSOCIATES stands out in many ways:

Sandeep Gohad is the founder and Director of Kalpak Solutions. He has 18+ years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT).
He has a Master’s degree in Computer Management from “Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research”. Also he has a master’s degree in commerce.
He is the author of 200 + articles on software engineering, programming languages and Chess.
Before founding Kalpak Solutions, He was working in USA as a software consultant. He is an international Chess Player and has represented India in World University Chess Championships at Malaysia.
His company (Kalpak Solutions) is presently serving 2 fortune 500 companies, 25+ listed companies and 300+ Pvt. Ltd. Companies.
